The V shape provides resistance as you squeeze it - perfect for exercising the jaw, tongue, and\/or lips.\r\nThe proSqueezer comes in a set of three difficulty levels: magenta (easiest), yellow (medium), and orange (hardest). Start with the magenta proSqueezer and eventually progress to the yellow and orange ones. The orange one provides the most resistance for increased difficulty.\r\nPlace the indented areas of the yellow proSqueezer in between the teeth and bite down to practice jaw strength. Place the Magenta or Yellow proSqueezer in between the lips and squeeze (using only the lips) to practice lip closure.
