The ARK proForkT was specially designed by feeding therapist Debbie Lowsky, MS, CCC-SLP. With gentle bumps along the backside of the tines, use this textured fork to provide tactile input to the tongue and lower lip during mealtimes. Pair it with the Textured proSpoon for a matching set. Specifications: Made in USA and medical-grade. Crafted in our own factory in Columbia, SC for quality and safety assurance. Measures about 6" long and 1" at the widest part. Includes 1 proForkT. Handwash or top-rack dishwasher-safe. Caution: Not a toy. This therapeutic tool is to be used by a therapist or caregiver and directly supervised at all times. *May be HSA / FSA eligible.
