So the Pens are about the same size as our Chewth Pick, but with different texture options for increasing sensory feedback: Smooth, Ribbed, and Bumpy. The Smooth option (this listing) is a go-to choice and offers the least amount of texture. The Ribbed option provides additional sensory input through mild texture. And the Bumpy option provides the most sensory input via raised bumps. XT / Medium Firm The middle "Xtra Tough" level is firmer, but still fairly chewy - recommended for moderate chewers. XXT / Very Firm The “Xtra Xtra Tough” level is very firm and durable - recommended as the longest lasting level for avid chewers.
